My time as an agency creative gave me a different perspective than most of those covering the industry.
In 2016, I helped launch Beyond the Brief, a series for the 4As' 100th anniversary. I was lead interviewer for nearly 100 advertising pros (junior to C-Suite) from 4As member agencies, writing features for the first 40 of them. Over 2/3 of those featured were women and people of color, which was very much by design.
And in 2017, as the Drum went through its own rebrand, I worked with Man Made Music to develop a unique sonic identity for the 35-year old publisher’s latest step towards globalization.
